Session 1: Wed 25 Jan 18:00-21:30
*Crispy chicken salad with bacon, mozzarella and croutons
*Assorted Quesadillas with a apple, cranberry, walnut and spinach salad
*Lemon butter hake with Zucchini fritters
*Pork (fillet) and vegetable stir-fry with a sticky sauce
Session 2: Wed 1 Feb 18:00-21:00
*Chicken and vegetable Enchiladas
*Swedish-style beef meatballs with a creamy mustard and tarragon sauce and sun-dried tomato cous cous
*Prawn and Hake fish cakes with a pineapple salsa
*Mexican (non-spicy) beef salad served with nachos
R1100 per person for 2 sessions (supply own drinks)
